Commercial Factoring

China International Finance ———

The commercial factoring businesses of SINOIF fall into two categories: two-factor international factoring and domestic factoring, during which SINOIF would acquire the receivables of clients and provide trade financing and other factoring services against such receivables, including credit investigation of clients, management of receivables, and financing based on orders. Factoring businesses currently offered by SINOIF include factoring with recourse, factoring without recourse, export factoring, and import factoring.

SINOIF joined Commercial Factoring Expertise Committee of CATIS (“CFEC”) in 2016 and the Factors Chain International (“FCI”) later that same year, becoming one of the first commercial factors in China that can formally conduct international factoring business. By virtue of its wide cooperation at home and abroad, SINOIF focuses especially on services in the two-factor international factoring. With respect to the business development and capital needs of Chinese export enterprises, SINOIF provides financing to cover up to 90% of the fund need against their receivables arising from OA and D/A businesses. And with respect to the risk management need thereof, SINOIF can help verify the credit limit of foreign buyers and provide full-amount reimbursement guarantee for export enterprises against their receivables arising from export within such credit limit and against their amounts not collected in due time.

SINOIF strives to provide new risk control proposals and trade financing channels for Chinese import and export enterprises based on its advantages in international trade, expertise, and team and by continuous enhancement of international cooperation. By selecting cooperation regions in a wider range and strengthening the advantages of these enterprises in capital competition, SINOIF manages to help them to be in their element amidst the complex financial environment.
